And, I am not clear whether listed companies could exercise "share buy-backs" or not if major shareholders are buying(not selling) at same time. Is it so?
In view of Kwok's family only holds <34% shareholding in 016.HK, they need plenty of money to buy upto 50% shareholding ... not to say 75%(limit) shareholding.

其實沒什麼心得,我預期即使樓價調整,未必對地產股不利。
刪除其實,持續飈升的樓價,我更加審慎,對地產股更不穩定,幸好,地產股的升勢是理性。
現時,我仍在等待樓市有明顯的變化,到時會好玩好多。
