e.g. 900.HK earned HK$0.55/share for 1st half year, and declare HK$0.22/share as interim dividend. Its expected dividend yield will still be >6%p.a. even at market price HK$7.33(with HK$0.22 to be ex. div., so should be HK$7.55 then.)

其實看你怎看回報,其實很多公司仍然profitable,如果你看股價又是另一回事。
刪除我偏向是看公司profit,特別是逆境時,誰仍能賺錢。
