回覆刪除如此較823,當然大家都可在內地找項目,但項目級數是不同,我還想研究多些未來的徐家匯,開始有貢獻。
刪除我還需要了解領匯的國內物業,看來此刻還是不錯。
另一樣東西,新地資源會較充足,領匯需全現金流派息,另外,新地較容易籌措資金,如數年前發行的供股權證。
我個人也覺16比823好,不過好股在太平時不會平,若股市有大調整,我第一隻想買就是新地。

刪除我不敢講新地好過領展,但我感覺上新地較安全。
35%新增物業算好多,未來增量又增價
