26/10/18 投資日誌 回補中銀香港



此股一向硬淨,大市亦開始向它開刀,回補年頭曾沽出少少的中銀香港。

  2. 由細到大都用boc,長大後在不同銀行開過戶口,始終還是boc服務最好。我是boc的鐵粉!

    1. 我今日突然有個想法,你成日都想新地回購,其實,用這筆錢買地有風險,如果這筆錢買其他實力一樣的地產公司股票,你覺得有無幫助公司價值提升?

    2. If you weight 016.HK as the No.1, what else local listed "property developers/property investment" companies are worth to be invested by 016.HK ?

      012.HK? ... 1113.HK? ... 1997.HK? ... 823.HK?

      If 16.HK begins to invest in another/other local "bigs", I will sell 016.HK without hesitation!

      The conclusion is that 016.HK should exercise "share buy-backs" which is easy, effective and economy to maxmise NAV per share.

      It is a simple accounting knowledge but needs management's courage.

      I regard nowsdays HK stocks market is undervalued. Local investors need positive news to hold "valuable" listed companies.

    3. 因回購有一二個問題,第一,肯定馬上刺激股價(若管理層不想); 第二,如果回購了,佢想問股東取回現金時,相信阻力會較大。
      買地產股有好處是可減低買貴地的風險及亦可即時有收益,最重要是地皮大減價時,佢可即時套現。

    7. 1. Listed companies management should try their effort to maximise shareholders' worth, i.e. NAV per share. 823.HK is an good example.

      2. I can't see why 016.HK need cash after "share buy-backs". I think the money for "share buy-backs" is not much if it set a price ceiling, say HK$140(i.e. 30% discount of HK200). In fact, if it stop to buy high costly lands until the upwarding interest rate have been slowing down, it should have significant cash flows every month from rental income of its investment properties (malls and office buildings) as well as selling residental apartments.
