Since I sometimes make "stocks switching", I think it would be misleading to share with you my investment portfolio members at a particular moment without follow up ...... and if following up, it would be time-consuming ...... I am not yet well-equiped to open a blog.
Because the market is dynamic, I often try to choose the "relatively better" stock of same field, but certainly it depends on my knowledge, judgement and experience ...... I know it may not be worked for you or others.
Among those big property developers companies and at present market prices, I select 016.HK and so I am still holding it.
I am still learning from you and the market, so I say I am "Student".

回覆刪除有,更持有一段頗長時間,由市場對它的業務鍾情,到開始出現冷卻。
刪除恆隆的經營方式較其他地產商不同,惜售及在市道差才投地,自有一套。 榭
刪除恆隆現時在港的庫存已不多,我同意它在港仍等待機會。
刪除但主業關鍵是國內商場,現在未見足夠的動力,我將焦點放在這裡。
個人認為陳主席眼光不及其他大發展商
刪除恆隆在內地商場業務並不是算十分出色
上年度亦要靠賣貨尾套現去維持業績
當恆隆清哂貨尾 而內地商場業務仲未有大起色 我相信要交一份合格成績表出黎有一定難度
但恆隆在香港的物業位置極優質 管理水平而高 是我喜歡的地方
內地業務受多方面影響,我還想觀察多些。我同意它沽港貨尾在支撐業績,但在刺熱的市道進行,我覺得沒有問題。
刪除恒隆在港的投資物業可以,但是否最佳,我要再思考一下。

我持有新地在組合的總值應是第一位,更有增持的可能。
