For those local big size property developers companies, I only hold 016.HK.
In the long run, I prefer 016.HK rather than others because of company's reputation and also 016.HK's investment properties(especially malls) will be much more within coming 5 years...... so it may be better than 823.HK as well.
P.S. : I also compare 016.HK with 823.HK because most professional analysts classify the former as property developers company, but I think when the weighting of rental income becomes much more and more, 016.HK will becomes another 823.HK...... with the fact that it's much cheaper.

我也認同[學生]話,新地比信置優質。有第一可買,為何要買第二?而且第二的折讓,並不較第一的大很多。
回覆刪除我非常同意,由於信置入場費較低,我認為大市現水平非重大調整,想留些彈藥。
刪除信置折讓不比新地特別多,是事實,息率接近四厘。
新地亦是我十分鍾愛,我多翻推介,只入無出。

來緊三年恒地多數舊樓項目可以推售或出租
已無潛力的商廈會出售
至於新地會長期持有商場
恒地有重組概念
新地亦有機會將發展同租務分拆
恒地透過煤氣較多非地產元素。

總的來看,新地仍是我杯茶。
