一手樓佣金制度建議



一手佣金制度造成亂象,有代理行認為發展商不公,亦有新盤買家投訴經紀回佣不實。

我建議政府切實監管:

1. 回佣表格應由政府制定,各代理應一致,並只由經理級簽署可代表公司授權簽發,並有法例約束,加重罰則。

2.發展商亦要在推售時協議樓盤銷售佣金,可每輪加推時定一個比率,加強發展商成本控制及靈活度。

    I just wonder how cost-effective it will be.

    016.HK's 6-months results was disappointing!

    Interim dividend is only 4% more than last year.

    And the management does not mention any "share buy-back" scheme.

    Guess how much its market price tomorrow ?

      I can't find a single stock ... right from the beginning ... buying it at relatively significant money (to me) ... and guarantee it will give me significant returns in the future ... and so insist on not to do any "stocks switching" for it.

      In fact, our stocks market is dynamic ...
      Listed cos businesses are also subject to changes ...
      And sometimes "better-than companies" may occur to us to do "stocks switching" to maximise the portfolio return.
